Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sanctum, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

Eligibility and Access

Sanctum is a curated platform. Access is granted through an application and review process. Approval is at the sole discretion of Sanctum. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time for violations of these terms or community standards.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as needed. You may not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform for its intended purpose: allowing professional talent and verified producers to connect through reviewed project opportunities. You may not use the platform for spam, harassment, fraudulent activity, or any purpose that violates applicable laws.

Content and Profiles

You retain ownership of content you upload to Sanctum. By uploading content, you grant Sanctum a non exclusive license to display, distribute, and display your profile within the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third party rights.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.

Limitation of Liability

Sanctum is a curated talent platform providing coordination and referral services. Sanctum does not operate as a licensed talent agency and does not guarantee employment, compensation, bookings, or outcomes from any opportunity posted. We are not responsible for interactions, agreements, or disputes between talent and producers that occur outside the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked. Your data will be retained for a reasonable period in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
